Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Pakistan. International shipping is not currently offered.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free. Express delivery costs Rs 400. Express delivery is listed as Karachi only. Available delivery options are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days for Standard delivery and 1–2 business days for Express delivery. These are transit estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
How can I check delivery details?

How can I track my order?
Use the tracking details provided when your order is dispatched. If you need help finding them, contact us with your order number.
Can I request a change to my order?

Lighters & Fuel
Are the lighters refillable, and which fuel should I use?
Refill requirements depend on the model. If you are unsure, contact us with the product name before purchasing fuel or refilling your lighter. Use only the fuel recommended for that model.
Is fuel included?
Lighters are shipped without fuel unless the product page clearly states otherwise.
Is gift packaging available?
Please contact us before ordering to confirm the packaging available for your chosen lighter.

What is the return timeframe?
Returns must be made within 3 working days of receiving your order. Please contact us with your order number for return instructions.
